Oceanwatch Villas are completely non smoking. Recently built, these luxury hotel suites feature a private bedroom with a king bed, a second bedroom with two queen beds, a living room and full kitchen. The Dunes Golf course is just 2 miles north of Oceanwatch Villas.

Type of Myrtle Beach Hotel: Oceanfront with different Oceanviews hotel. Two bedrooms with two baths and living room condos. Most rooms feature one bedroom king bed, second bedroom two queens, living room with pull out sofa, kitchen, and an oceanfront or side view balcony.
Ownership: This Myrtle Beach Hotel is managed by Marriott and is a timeshare property. It can, however, be rented daily or weekly by non members on a Myrtle Beach vacation through the Marriott reservation system.
Location: Myrtle Beach Hotels and Condos rates the location of Oceanwatch Villas as excellent. Coming in on the Highway 22 expressway and taking the Myrtle Beach exit, you will find this hotel quickly with a turn on your right as you pass the Dunes Club and Carolina Opry, just a few miles South of highway 22. The beach here is uncrowded as the hotel is just south of an exclusive golf course. Oceanwatch Villas is in the most exclusive downtown area of Myrtle Beach and hotel density is light in this area.
Caters to: Oceanwatch Villas caters to upscale families who have purchased a timeshare as well as families seeking a Myrtle Beach vacation during the Summer months, Easter Week, and holiday weekends. Oceanwatch Villas also does an exceptional upscale golf program. Myrtle Beach Marathon participants, sponsored by Bi Lo, generally use this hotel as their base and stay here as well.
Recommendations: This is one the highest rated among all Myrtle Beach Hotels and Condos area properties. In 2008, this Hotel is one of three total area hotels to be awarded the four diamond award by AAA of the Carolinas. If you have not purchased a timeshare, Oceanwatch Villas can be more expensive than your typical luxury Myrtle Beach Hotel in certain seasons.
