While many Myrtle Beach Hotels will not rent to adults under the age of 25, some who do can find the entire resort at risk.

The availability of Condos in Myrtle Beach have increased to an all time high as of October 30, 2008. Myrtle Beach Real Estate sales have cooled to the point of almost stopping this Fall and occupancy rates per each Myrtle Beach condo have reflected the influx of new construction.

In a fly over, it is quite obvious that Garden City Beach South Carolina is an Island largely cut off from the land mass that is America, by the Intracoastal Waterway.
While its contemporary towns of Cherry Grove Beach and North Myrtle Beach have gone highrise with concrete and steel Myrtle Beach condo resorts, Garden City is largely made up of single family Oceanfront Beach Homes.
