North Beach Plantation Resorts is entering its final stages of oceanfront resort development. The Myrtle Beach resorts are being designed in Georgian Classic Architecture and, when completed, will be one of the more unique and outstanding oceanfront Myrtle Beach Hotels on the entire South Carolina Coast.

Scalise developed the Myrtle Beach Oceanfront Home rentals and Myrtle Beach Home vacation rentals market in Garden City Beach throughout the 1990s and into this century. The location of North Beach Plantation is really what sets it apart. Myrtle Beach Hotels and Condos has identified the 46th Avenue area in North Myrtle Beach as one of the five best Myrtle Beach Oceanfront locations anywhere along the Myrtle Beach coast. This area stands supreme for uncrowded beaches and sparse development.

The area just south of Barefoot Resort is Briarcliffe Acres, a premimium Oceanfront Myrtle Beach Homes residential area. Just south of Briarcliffe Acres is the Meher Baba Oceanfront community. This Oceanfront Myrtle Beach area is undeveloped as it was granted to the Meher Baba spiritual movement by the Chapin family in the early to mid 1900s.
